A new claims platform for brokers has been launched by Transactor and Bankstone, offering a secure online claims validation service. Outsourced claims handlers will be able to check a claimant's name and postcode, then upload claim information from the broker system. Brokers using this service will also have access to Bankstone's management information tools, which aim to help them identify the performance of their client accounts and profitability of their claims handling.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
