IAG's UK Operation has acquired Isleworth-based Barnett & Barnett and its subsidiaries. Established in 1935, Barnett & Barnett's client base is located predominately in the South-east. It has developed specialisms in the transport, technology, construction and franchising sectors. Neil Utley, IAG's UK chief executive officer, said: "The business will provide a springboard for broadening the depth of our existing commercial broking operation."
