Software provider SSP will be pushing ahead with its acquisition strategy, after securing a private equity deal valued at £198m.
The company was acquired by H&F Sensor Bidco, a firm formed and owned by funds managed by Hellman & Friedman (H&F) and SSP's management team.
David Rasche, executive chairman at SSP, told Insurance Age: "The management, both at executive level and throughout the company, rolled out their shares along with private shareholders and we have put 50% of our existing shares
