Crawford and Company has signed up to a YouTube-style internet service that will allow insurers to view drainage claims online. The service will allow insurers to view CCTV footage recorded on-site via the internet in real time. Engineers at insurance service provider Auger, which pioneered the technology, claimed the system would help insurers gain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
