The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has launched an e-learning package aimed at helping small firms work out what resources they need to meet regulatory requirements.
The financial watchdog has already targeted smaller firms with initiatives including tailored handbooks, workshops, training courses and roadshows.
However, the launch of the package has been criticised by some in the industry who claim that users will be charged £30 for the privilege of completing the one hour programme.
