- Donald Morgan has been appointed managing director of Heath Lambert National's Leeds branch. Donald joins from Marsh, where he was head of office for its corporate client practice in Leeds, and was previously with Willis. Meanwhile the company is expanding its Public Sector Unit with three senior appointments in the Southern region: Lee Wilmot joins from Marsh; Sharon Bennett-Thomas from Wycombe District Council; and Victoria Bassett from Zurich Financial Services. Ann Wilson also joins
