Allianz Cornhill has completed the acquisition of a specialist mid-to-high net worth household broker with the purchase of Home and Legacy Insurance Group - the first move of this type for the insurer.
Home and Legacy will operate as a separate business unit within the Allianz Cornhill Holdings group and will continue to trade from its current location in London, retaining its existing staff and management team.
