Ark Syndicate Management has launched as Lloyd's Syndicate 4020, after taking just 11 weeks to set up a fully customised solution that satisfied the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Ark has become the latest insurer to be supported by Northdoor's N-DEX underwriting and messaging software suite. The solution now handles Ark's policy and claims administration, credit control and transaction processing. N-DEX can also monitor contract certainty and provide a view of risk performance.
