The Entrepreneurial Domestic Product, a market measure released by Hiscox, has revealed that small business entrepreneurs have worked half a billion hours per year worth more than £1,000bn. It also showed small business owners worked an average of 700 hours more per year than employees who had a standard working week, with a third of them having worked over 50 hours a week.
