Systems provider, CDL, has developed a new module that enables brokers to access Microsoft applications from within the CDL Classic operating platform. This is designed to allow them greater flexibility in the creation of Word documents using data from policyholder records. The new Office Integration module enables both the production of ad hoc letters dealing with issues such as complaints or claims, and the creation of generic Microsoft Word templates that can be attached to policy records on
