The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) have teamed up to provide a regional training programme for members of both organisations and the wider industry. A series of 13 training courses ranging from appraisal interviewing to business interruption are being held around the UK from 29 April to 25 June. The courses will cover all levels of experience.
