Following a rapid growth in core business, Broker Assistance, the motor claims management company for insurance brokers, has expanded into a second office building and is set to boost its staff levels in a recruitment drive.
The new building, which is adjacent to the company's current HQ in Birchwood, Warrington, will house 120 staff. It has been fitted out with a bespoke telephone system that integrates with its existing IT platform and can handle up to a potential 100,000 motor claims a year
