What does the system do?
The SimplyClaim portal is a real-time information tool that enables all parties in the claims process to monitor the progress of the claim. Policyholders can manage aspects of the claim, such as appointments, themselves. The portal tracks every stage of the claim, including updates made by the loss adjuster, third party contractors, intermediaries, insurers and the policyholder. It also acts as a filing area where information can be retained and stored.
How does it work?
