Groupama pilots software that analyses productivity against expected company benchmarks and goals
Groupama is piloting software to test how well its staff are working while helping company managers identify areas that need to be improved.
The Organisational Transition-Real Time (OTI-RT) software, supplied by Verax International, will enable the insurer to measure the working culture of the business and identify ways the company can work with staff to help meet a series of goals and benchmarks laid down by management and company stakeholders.
