The financial services industry looks set to face a tough start to 2004, with more than half of all professionals in the sector (53%) currently looking to leave their jobs, according to a report commissioned by Foundation Degrees. This makes finance-sector workers the least satisfied group in the country. The report also highlighted the fact that almost two-thirds of those working in financial services (63%) did not actively choose that profession, but rather drifted into their current job.
