An initiative that aims to help small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) businesses manage claims has been launched for the broker market.
Designed by Business Continuity Insurance Process (BCIP), the service will encourage companies to look in detail at potential operational risks and then provide a series of recommendations, following a site visit, to help mitigate them.
