Broker Assistance adds write-off replacement service

Broker Assistance has added a write-off replacement service to its offering. The company said the move extends the claims process to supply of a replacement vehicle following a “write-off” claim.

Broker Assistance working with Vehicle Replacement of Kenilworth developed the service.

David Russell, commercial director of Broker Assistance said: “Many clients do not wish to go round the dealerships seeking a replacement car following a “write-off”. This new service delivers the specified vehicle to the client’s home address with full warranty protection and a significant saving against retail price. The convenience for the client is the real benefit – we are not all “petrol heads”.
