New training consultancy service launched
Searchlight Insurance Training has launched a new Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service.
Working closely with client firms, Searchlight will discuss their organisational aims and aspirations, review all relevant documentation (business plans, employee appraisals etc.), interview management and employees and provide a practical value-for-money report recommending appropriate training provisions and development tools to help firms get to where they need to be.
