Eptica system halves enquiry management time, says Fortis
Insurers and brokers could significantly reduce the time required to handle customer enquiries by making use of email management technology.
Fortis Insurance Services (UKFIS), which receives thousands of queries a week, has reported a 50% drop in the time spent dealing with them after implementing Eptica's email system. Since launching the system in March, it has been able to fully migrate roughly 2,000 customer questions a month.
Additionally, Eptica revealed that another client, Confused.com
