Towergate network CEO denies Oyster crisis despite recent losses

The chief executive of the network division of Towergate has refuted suggestions that Oyster, one of its subsidiaries, is in financial trouble.

The denial comes despite the company posting a pre-tax loss of £2.3m for the year ending 30 April 2008, losing 10 business managers - with at least one going to a rival network - and receiving an 'above normal risk' rating from credit referencing agency Graydon.
