Zurich's zero tolerance uncovers BNP fraudsters
Zurich has successfully challenged a spurious insurance claim involving a BNP councillor and has threatened to pursue criminal proceedings.
Judge John Morgan ruled that Zurich's client, Stephen Hargreaves, and Derek Dawson, a BNP councillor for Burnley, colluded to defraud Zurich of a claim initially amounting to £30,000.
