Low-cost claims tool for SMEs adds new string to broker bow

Alphatec Software has released a new claims facility for brokers to market to their small to medium-sized enterprise clients.

Incident Manager has been designed to allow small businesses, principally operating in industries involving significant human resource or asset management - such as transportation, retail, or construction - to monitor claims involving damage or loss to multiple items. The tool will allow them to file and track up to 50 claims a year with the additional option of storing
