Former Aviva director, Bridget McIntyre, joined forces with her previous boss, Patrick Snowball, when she accepted a consultancy role at Australian firm, Suncorp. It was reported that the union could last for up to a month and began when Mr Snowball started his job as chief executive officer at the start of September. Ms McIntyre and Mr Snowball's working relationship began at Aviva in 1989 and in 2000 they were both appointed to the first UK general insurance board. They had not worked together

FSCS gives first insight on increasing levy to £394m
