Ex-CII director's firm to close
The venture, which was spearheaded by Peter Knowles, has been impacted by the slump in the housing market
Let Sense, the residential lettings insurance and tenant referencing provider, is to close down just over a year after it was set up by Peter Knowles, a former general insurance market director at the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Mr Knowles joined forces with property insurance specialists Brian Turney, Alan Holton and Rob Jones who previously held executive positions at Barbon-owned property insurance firms Letsure and Homelet to launch the new business in October 2008.
