LMG and Microsoft add their backing to Acord standard
Broker industry standard for data communication sought
The London Market Group (LMG) and Microsoft have backed Acord in its bid to apply broker industry- wide standards for the communication of data.
A spokesman for the LMG said: "Acord's standards are absolutely fundamental for what we want to achieve in the London Market. Our 'Finish What We Started' programme involves moving the Acord standard into the heart of everything we do and this is happening already. Over the next two years we hope to move to a market where all information is exchanged in
