IIB plea for fair treatment of brokers
Bradshaw demands regulator treat brokers as it does consumers
The Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) has called for a new 'treating brokers fairly' attitude from the regulator as the association set out its stall for 2010.
In the organisation's end-of-year bulletin to members, Barbara Bradshaw, IIB chief executive, said that in 2010 the biggest challenge facing the industry was a possible governmental change.
