Biba launches 2010 manifesto

BIBA 2010

Eric Galbraith, Biba chief executive, highlights changing political and regulatory landscape as major challenge

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has launched its 2010 manifesto outlining its priority lobbying issues for the year ahead.

As reported in Insurance Age (January, 2010, p7), Biba’s key focus will be on the changing environment that brokers operate within, particularly the potential change of Government and regulation structure.

Key lobbying themes include suitable insurance protection, driving change, regulation and consumer protection, and the UK and Europe.
