Market speculation insists that Aon is set to lose a team from its property division to a rival broking firm.

Insurance Age understands up to five individuals, including Keith Burnham and Edward Brown, are to leave the global broker for Bluefin to head up a new real estate division.

A market source said: "This is a bold move for Bluefin."

It is understood the new team will lead a reformed property division with staff from other Bluefin offices relocating to London to boost the resource.
