Former RSA UK CEO McIntyre to join Fortis

Former RSA UK CEO Bridget McIntyre is in line to become a non executive director of Fortis.

The board of directors will propose to the general meetings of shareholders of 28 and 29 April the appointment of both Ms McIntyre and Belén Romana as independent non-executive directors for a period of three years until the general meetings of shareholders of 2013. These appointments are subject to approval by the Belgian regulator.
