Sterling hires new commercial underwriting chief from Axa
Sterling Insurance Company has appointed Kevin Donoghue to a newly created position, head of commercial underwriting.
Mr Donoghue will be responsible for developing and managing the underwriting strategy and providing strategic leadership to the underwriting teams. He will report directly to David Sweeney, director - general insurance.
Mr Sweeney said: ”Kevin has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and will bring a wealth of experience. His longevity within the industry will be a real benefit when developing business opportunities and key broker relationships.
