Aviva to restore broker faith with price review and restructure
Aviva has taken steps to try to win back independent intermediaries by shuffling its regional management structure and vowing to improve its personal lines pricing model.
The composite has announced that following this month's departure of Brigid Murphy, director of regional brokers - who is returning to Canada - the role will be split between two directors of trading - Gareth Hemming, who currently heads up the London and south-east area, and Jon Neill, who is director of trading for the North-east and Scotland - in a bid to get closer to intermediaries.
