E-commerce: Home & Legacy motor system to slash quote turnaround time

An online system that pledges to slash turnaround times for mid to high-net-worth motor quotes by more than half has been introduced to the market.

Home & Legacy has claimed that its EDI quote tool is the first of its kind to calculate rates for multiple vehicles listed in the policy, rather than simply the collection as a whole, to be launched to the broker market.

The offering has been designed to support both multi-vehicle and single-vehicle policies in Home & Legacy's Ultra and Prestige motor products range and has been developed in partnership with IT service provider, Acturis, and insurer Chaucer.
