Reward for efficiency required
There is no incentive for accident management companies to perform efficiently and the market requires legislation or a new product in order for it to perform acceptably.
That was the opinion of attendees at an exclusive roundtable debate on the role of the broker in claims management hosted by Insurance Age.
The discussion, sponsored by Ai Claims and published in Broker Claims Debate - a bespoke supplement with this month's magazine - was attended by key decision makers from the broking, insurer and accident management sectors of the industry.
