Aviva launches iPhone claims application
Aviva has launched a free iPhone application (app) which has been designed to allow policyholders to file a motor insurance claim remotely from their iPhone.
MyClaim has been developed to assist customers in capturing information following an accident or theft. This information can then be stored or sent directly to Aviva to initiate the claims process.
The iPhone application uses GPS technology to locate the scene of an accident, pin pointing the user’s location on a map.
Customers can use the phone’s camera to take photos of the location and any damaged caused, as well as a voice recorder so eye witness accounts can be recorded at the scene of the
