Allianz responds to calls for South-west presence
Allianz has responded to regional broker demand by launching a mobile underwriting team in the South West.
The team of two mobile underwriters and two business development managers began operating in the area on 1 November.
Paul Shepherd will focus on fleet and motor trade while Shaun Willis will underwrite property, casualty and packages. Both have been promoted internally within Allianz Commercial and will work alongside business developers Nicky Scott and Andy Chambers.
Bristol branch manager, Chris Everett, said: "Devon, Somerset and Cornwall are underrepresented as most insurers tend to operate
