Fusion and NFU Mutual go against grain with jobs drive
Insurance recruitment drives at Fusion and NFU Mutual have bucked the trend of rising unemployment in the wider economy.
Fusion, part of the BGL insurance group, plans to create 240 new jobs at its contact centre sites in Coventry, Peterborough and Sunderland. The mixture of full and part-time roles will be for sales and service advisers, retention advisers and team leaders. The contact centres support customers of home, motor and commercial vehicle insurance products for brands including Budget, Post Office, HSBC and the RAC.
NFU Mutual has also announced recruitment plans with 46 jobs created in the financial
