A number of new online initiatives have been unveiled today at the British Insurance Brokers' Association conference to help broker either trade or market themselves better.

Aviva has launched Broker Marketing Mentor, following recent research which the insurer claims highlighted a need from brokers for support to help them market their business more effectively.

The new one-stop site offers more than 5000 pages of information across three key areas: find customers, keep customers and make the most of any upselling opportunities.

Available to all brokers, free of charge, the website has been created by marketing professionals, offering an easy to use search
