Claim Witness has launched a new Telematics “Black-Box” solution designed to provide insurers with both first notification of an accident, and driver data analysis to assist with premium adjustment.
Claim Witness said the aim of its first notification of loss (FNOL) unit was to provide insurers with valid, relevant data that is customisable to their particular needs, with the emphasis on simplicity, so reducing the requirement for any additional training, staff or equipment.
A high resolution windscreen camera is also available with continuous recording as well as other data which will quickly show the actual circumstances of a road traffic accident to help decide liability.
