Gallagher takes team of 21 from Oxygen
Arthur J. Gallagher International (Gallagher), has announced that it has entered into an agreement with two subsidiaries of Oxygen Holdings (Oxygen), whereby Oxygen has agreed to release a number of executives from their restrictive covenants with immediate effect.
The team of 21 staff specialise in sectors such as construction, power and mining, professional indemnity, management risks, binders and facilities. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Gallagher said that clients would experience an uninterrupted service and would continue to be supported by the same specialists who have looked after them at Oxygen. Clients will also benefit from the resources and opportunities a larger organisation can provide.
