Top three crash for cash hotspots maintain position in Q2

The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) has released its second quarter 2011 statistics pinpointing the top 20 areas of the UK affected by crash for cash activity.

For the sixth consecutive quarter, Birmingham remained in hotspot number one. Sheffield and Manchester also maintained their positions at second and third respectively.

South east London jumped by eight places to make it into the top 10 while Brighton rose by nine to come in 16th place and Portsmouth came in at 20 after climbing 11 places from the first quarter of 2011.
