Blanc pleased with progress but demands more
Amanda Blanc has challenged rival insurers to “put their money where their mouth is” on chartered status as she hailed the progress of her own broker-focused strategy.
In an exclusive interview with Insurance Age, Axa Commercial Line's chief executive said that having asked brokers for six months to prove the value of her strategy, she was pleased with progress so far.
"The one thing that we said we would do is get closer to the customer so we gave the branch managers profit and loss responsibility in April and we put in a new leadership team," she said.
