RK Harrison completes MWA takeover
RK Harrison has completed the acquisition of Mercury West Associates following completion of due diligence and the approval of the transaction from the Financial Services Authority.
The announcement marks the latest in a rash of high net worth acquisitions. Last week Randall and Quilter acquired high net worth managing general agent (MGA), Synergy Insurance Services.
Mercury West Associates' managing director Katie Small maintains management responsibility for the development of MWA and will also join the management team of RK Harrison Insurance Services, the UK retail arm of the RK Harrison Group.
