Leroy completes MBO of Europe Assistance Holdings
Patrick Leroy, chief executive of Europe Assistance Holdings, has completed a management buyout of the firm.
The current management team will remain in place and former Groupama MD, Tim Ablett, has taken up the position of chairman.
The company will continue to offer full underwriting services against all existing lines of business and will retain access to Europ Assistance Group’s worldwide network.
The management said that future plans would allow greater flexibility to focus on the development of new and innovative solutions, full details of which would be announced in due course.
