CFC chief reveals post-MBO plans
David Walsh, managing director at CFC Underwriting, has revealed the company's plans to move further into the affinities business and expand its product range.
“Our online affinity business is at a position where we can white-label online systems for brokers,” he told Insurance Age after the management buyout from Hyperion Insurance Group.
“That will be our main growth engine over the next few years. Our systems are very flexible now, and that’s a very powerful tool.”
Mr Walsh outlined plans to develop products for the “more traditional professions”, adding to their existing range which covers technology, media and cyber liability.
