Aviva adds commercial property owners’ product to PowerPlace

Aviva has added commercial property owners' to its PowerPlace offering, its second product live on the online marketplace.

The new product takes PowerPlace's panel to a total of 18 property owners' products across ten insurers.

This extra commercial property owners' product on the panel is designed to meet the needs of property owners with a portfolio of up to ten commercial properties.

It is focused in particular on properties such as small office blocks, shops, warehouses and the residential elements of the property.

A rebuilding sum insured of up to £2m per location is provided.
