Biba 2012: Biba calls in Deloitte to conduct strategic review
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has appointed Deloitte to undertake a strategic review of the organisation as it looks to position itself for the next five years.
New chairman, Andy Homer, asked delegates at the 34th Biba conference to consider where the association should be positioning itself in a market where so many different entities sold insurance from regional and corporate brokers to aggregators and consumer brands.
“Biba needs to look forward to the next five years and reflect upon a radically changed intermediated market,” he said.
