CII on hunt for fresh industry talent
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is on the lookout for the next batch of contestants for its New Generation Groups programme.
The initiative - which aims to aid the development of future business leaders - works alongside existing company talent courses, giving participants further experience of market issues.
Its specialist groups focus on claims, London Market insurance, broking and underwriting.
Candidates also receive training in leadership, political lobbying, regulation and dealing with the media.
