JLT swoops for Ace CFO
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group (JLT) has appointed Mike Reynolds, currently chief finance officer at Ace European Group, as its finance director.
Mr Reynolds will succeed Simon Mawson, who is stepping down from the role, and will join by the end of the year.
James Twining, currently responsible for group strategy, has been appointed to the board of JLT as group commercial director with effect from 1 August 2012.
He was briefly CEO at JLT-owned Thistle Insurance Services on an interim basis earlier this year until Paul Matthews took on the role.
