Giles creates new reinsurance broker

The Giles Group has created EC3 Brokers, a new reinsurance division.

According to the company, EC3 Brokers will act as an independent London intermediary serving reinsurance and programme clients.

It will be led by Patrick Sheehy, CEO, and Daniel Driscoll, managing director, and the group said the new business will have “substantial backing” from Ink Insurance, its wholesale operation.
