Ageas UK in executive shake-up
Ageas Insurance will replace departing non-executive chairman Julian Hance with KPMG man Mark Winlow.
Mr Hance - who is also leaving his role as executive director of Ageas Protect - will officially stand down from both at the end of 2012.
In his place, Mr Winlow has joined as an independent non-executive director and will also be appointed to the boards of Ageas Insurance, Ageas Protect and Ageas UK.
